The July-September 2019 DVAS newsletter is now available

The Diamond Valley Arts Society July to September 2019 Newsletter is out now. Thank you for your understanding again with the delays in getting this out in a timely matter.  Life just gets busy sometimes! You will notice this edition is a super-dooper size, as it does cover three months of activities and the DVAS annual Art Show is one of them.

To see the Newsletter for yourself  click here and the DVAS July-September newsletter will download to your computer. If you want a printed copy or have any suggestions for future newsletters please email Jo on admin@dvartsociety.com.au. If you notice any errors in this edition feel free to let me know, although please note that I have already noticed two blunders and unfortunately it is too late to go back and remedy as I would rather spend the time working on the next edition!!

To reduce our carbon footprint, it is preferable for the Society to provide an electronic version of the newsletter so you can read it online and not waste paper.  You can download your own version if you so choose and even print it off yourself.  The reduction in the postage costs has been considerable and has allowed us to use that money more wisely elsewhere.

thanks, Editor Jo

Have a great day

The Diamond Valley Arts Society October Newsletter is out now.

Hi everyone, yet again it has been another busy month, with the Art Show happening over the 19th-21st October weekend, the trip to Geelong Art Gallery to see the Archibald Prize, and some new art sessions are being organised at the DVAS rooms.  So, as I had plenty to report about in this newsletter, it became an 8 page spread, double its usual size.

To see it for yourself  click here and the DVAS October newsletter will download to your computer. If you want a printed copy or have any suggestions for future newsletters please email Jo on admin@dvartsociety.com.au

Note also that the DVAS Christmas lunch is booked for the Sun 2nd December, at the Greensborough RSL. If you are planning on attending please let Ellen know ASAP so that she can book enough seats.

We do still provide paper versions to those without email access or who don’t use the internet.  Those people elect to have the newsletter posted out to them.

See you all next month!

Next edition will include a story and some images from our own Art Show, which is being held on the 19th to 21st October at the Greensborough Masonic Centre.  A few of us are also going up the Geelong to see the 2018 Archibald Prize.  I still have one spot left on the bus if you are interested!
