The Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show entry time is coming up and the Diamond Valley Arts Society has again been asked to participate in their show. The show runs from Wednesday 25th March to Sunday 29th March.
If you are interesting in contributing, could please return your entry form as soon as possible it would be appreciated. Entries close: Sunday 16th February, no late entries accepted. Entry form is below.

DVAS will be holding its Annual art show. Watch this space for updates on date and times.

DVAS will have our rooms open and some of our art on display at the Eltham Jazz festival on April 9th. This is being held on the grounds of the Edendale Community Farm, however is an Eltham Council event and is ticketed – go to their webpage to book an entry ticket.
March
International Flower and Garden Show – March 30 – April 3rd. It was a great event, and we had over 170 paintings on display and we sold 30 paintings. Congratulations to those who sold, and thanks you to all whom contributed. Our volunteer teams are fabulous, they invested many hours to setup, supervise each showing day, and then close down and pack up.
March 13 to 14 – A gelli-printing workshop will be held at our rooms over both days, run by Julie V-D. for further information contact her on 0408 552432
Cancelled – May 30th – Edendale is hosting a ‘Celebrating the Platypus in the Diamond Creek’ day on Sunday 30th May. 11:00 – 4:00. all are welcome for a jam-packed day of family fun. DVAS will be taking part and offering arty-farty activities such as pebble pal painting, clay play, drawing and colouring in. We will also have some of our artists onsite doing some demonstrations on what they love to do, and the rooms will be open to showcase some of our art.
